Specialized B2B vendors like DNA are very familiar with one of today's most common problems: the need to effectively communicate their broad range of capabilities in a very concise way. Additionally, many of the products they engineer and build for their clients are proprietary and have non-disclosure agreements; showcasing those capabilities has to be done carefully. Their website was outdated in message and technology (100% flash site). They were still using many traditional marketing tools such as cold calling, printed brochures, and direct mail, which are very costly and time consuming.
